Learn about what characteristics are protected and what type of housing transactions are covered under federal, state, and local anti-discrimination laws. Find out about the criteria and process for requesting and evaluating reasonable accommodations in housing based on disability, including assistance animals. Learn about administrative and judicial enforcement options.
