The Fair Housing Enforcement Project at Alaska Legal Services Corporation will provide an overview of your rights under fair housing laws at April's NAACP Anchorage general membership meeting. This meeting is open to the general public.
Join us for the presentation of awards to the winners of the Fair Housing Month Poster Contest by Anchorage Mayor Ethan Berkowitz , as well as a screening of the short documentary "A Matter of Place" followed by a facilitated discussion of housing discrimination issues in Alaska. UAA Rasmuson Hall, Room 101. Parking is free!
Video conference via the Alaska OWL Program. The workshop will be held at Mountain View Branch Library in Anchorage, with the following libraries from around the state participating in real time via the OWL videoconferencing system: Bethel, Dillingham, Fairbanks, Kenai, Ketchikan, Kodiak, Kotzebue, Valdez. Presented by the Fair Housing Enforcement Project at Alaska Legal Services Corporation.
