The workshop will be held at Mountain View Branch Library in Anchorage, with the following libraries from around the state participating in real time via the OWL videoconferencing system: Bethel, Dillingham, Fairbanks, Kenai, Ketchikan, Kodiak, Kotzebue, Valdez.
